Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Arrival day is typically Saturday although the arrival date and time is negotiable.
The minimum stay is five nights. Rates set below are for 2026 -7. The basic Summer Daily rate is $2245.
The villa has five bedrooms. Normal occupancy is 2 people per room. Additionally, the villa has a crib at no charge. Two rollaway beds are available for $50 per night each ($25 for children 12 and under). The dining room includes two high chairs and a booster seat.

Payment Terms
20 percent payment is due upon booking. The balance is to be paid 60 days in advance.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500 will be made along with the balance payment. This money will be refunded upon completion of the booking and when all charges are clear.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled prior to the sixty days full payment, the initial 20% deposit will be returned, less a ten percent processing fee.
Within Sixty days: If a cancellation is requested within the sixty-day period, we will endeavor to put the property back on the market. If successful, we will return the funds for less than a ten percent processing fee. If we are unable to lease the property within such a short period, we will be unable to process the refund.
The rates do not include the cost of food, beverages, transportation, tours, or staff gratuities.
