Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel up to sixty days in advance for a full refund. Within sixty days, we will re-list the property, and if we are able to secure a new booking, we will refund the full amount less a ten percent fee.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and are subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement. Read details here.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
Security / Fire Policy: A night guard will patrol the grounds from dusk to dawn. There is security / fire pull stations in the hall. There is an assembly point in case of fire outdoors by the pickleball court. Follow staff instructions in case of an emergency.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
